Turnaround Time and Content Control
Expected timelines for project completion will be discussed and agreed upon at the start of each project. You are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, videos). We are not liable for delays caused by your failure to provide such content.
Content and Ownership
Website Content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content provided for your website. ClickMeDigital.com is not liable for any issues arising from the content you provide.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the content you provide and the final design. However, ClickMeDigital.com retains ownership of the codebase and grants you a license to use it for your website.
Payments and Warranties
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be specified in the project agreement. Payments are due as outlined, and late payments may incur additional fees.
Warranties and Limitations on Liability
ClickMeDigital.com provides a limited warranty on our work for a specified period, typically 30 days after project completion. We are not liable for any damages or lost business resulting from the use of our services.
Technical Considerations
Web Browsers and Compatibility
We optimize websites for popular web browsers but cannot guarantee perfect functionality across all devices and browsers.
Backups and Website Updates
You are responsible for backing up your website and keeping WordPress and plugins updated, unless otherwise agreed upon in a maintenance package.
Hosting
We do not provide hosting services. You are responsible for securing your own hosting provider.
Additional Clauses
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Specific terms and conditions regarding termination will be outlined in the project agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickMeDigital.com operates. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
Subcontracting
We reserve the right to subcontract any part of our development tasks.
Data Protection (GDPR)

Revisions and Change Orders
Revision Policy
The project scope includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

You are responsible for keeping your website secure, including updates to WordPress core, plugins, and security patches, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Domain Names and Hosting
Domain Registration
We do not provide domain registration services. You are responsible for registering and renewing your domain names.
Website Hosting
If we recommend hosting options, you are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your chosen hosting provider.
Third-Party Services
Stock Photos and Licensing
Any stock photos used will have associated licensing fees, which will be communicated to you.
Premium Plugins
If the project requires premium WordPress plugins, you are responsible for purchasing and renewing the licenses.
Termination for Cause
Breach of Contract
Either party may terminate the agreement due to a breach of contract, such as non-payment or failure to deliver services, as outlined in the project agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Mediation
Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation.
Force Majeure
Act of God
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or internet outages.
